The steel springboards must be inspected and accepted according to the current national standards and specifications GB/T2102-2006. The acceptance shall be carried out in batches, and each batch of steel springboards shall have the same specifications, furnace number and heat treatment conditions. The certificate of conformity of steel springboard shall contain the following contents: material name and steel number; Furnace number, batch number and quality; Species name and geometric size; Chemical composition; Test results (including reference indicators); Standard number; Supplier name, code and contract number. For high pressure steel springboards with outer diameter greater than 35mm, there shall be oil color code representing steel type, steel number, furnace number, standard number and manufacturer's mark. For the high pressure steel springboards supplied in bundles with an outer diameter less than 35mm, there shall be labels (indicating the name of the manufacturer), the stamp of the technical supervision department, the specification, steel number, number of roots, quality, furnace number, batch number and standard number of the steel springboard.
