Galvanized scaffolding pipe is made of Q235,Q345,Q355B material with thickness 3.0-4.0mm.Scaffolding pipe usually is hot dip galvanized and connected by scaffold couplers.Also can be used as ringlock standard,ringlock ledger ,frame main tubes etc.Tubes should appear straight visually and not deviate by more than 15mm in any 3m length.

Q1.What tolerance you made for scaffoding pipe?
Thickness +-0.1mm is allowed .and the weight tolerance is around +-5%
Q2.How long does hot dip galvanized pipe keep rustless?
It can last about10 years to keep rustless under if not brased
Q3.How is the zinc thickness of HDG pipe ?
Zinc coat is commonly around 30μm(210g/m2)Also we can make to 50-80μm at clients’ request.
Q4.Howwe guarantee quality of steel pipe ?
1.Tubes cut by saw can leave them with sharp edges and cut at angles. Tube should be cut at a right angle and barbs removed.
2.Any split end tube should be cut down at least 150mm past the split and the damaged end scrapped
3.Cutting tube with a naked flame not only affects the end of the tube but up to 600mm of the length.
4.Overloaded tube can bend. Tube can be straightened using specialist equipment or cut the damaged section out
Q5.How is the packaging of scaffolding pipe?
OD 219mm and below In hexagonal seaworthy bundles packed by steel strips, With two nylon slings for each bundles 25 tons/container and 5 tons/size for a trial order; For 20" container the max length is 5.8m; For 40" container the max length is 11.8m.
