The scaffodling metal deck is made entirely of galvanised steel, formed from a single cold-rolled sheet. It features the following design:
• 1.5 mm thick metal sheet with a 76 mm open profile, and raised ø12 mm holes providing a non-slip surface.
• U-shaped ends are spot welded and include two integrated hooks with a bracket for stability.
• A manual rotating safety latch prevents table lifting.
• Drainage holes prevent accumulation of backwater, ice, and dirt. Depending on length, the deck meets load class 6 (UNI EN 12811), supporting up to 600 kg/m².
