Our hot dip galvanized scaffold pipe manufactured as per standards BS1139,JIS G3444 and safety requirements.
The standard size of the outer diameter is 48.30 mm and the tubes are available in wall thicknesses of 3.20 mm and 4.00 mm. The grades of the steel used in the production of the tubes are Q235, Q355 and higher. The tubes are available in mill-finish (no coating), painted finish, and in hot dipped galvanized finish.
All of these different types of hot dip galvanized scaffolding pipes are connected by couplers that prevent excess flex or movement when the structure is completed. The zinc layer of hot dip galvanized pipe is around 30μm and up to 100um .The corrosion resistance is much better than that of cold galvanizing.

Q1.How is the galvanized layer thickness?
The galvanization microns are in every case above 30, above and beyond what the standards specify. The tubes have their corresponding standard embossed on them with a depth of 0.20mm (prior to coating) at every running meter along with other details.
Q2.How is the packaging of scaffolding pipes?
OD 219mm and below In hexagonal seaworthy bundles packed by steel strips, With two nylon slings for each bundles 25 tons/container and 5 tons/size for a trial order; For 20" container the max length is 5.8m; For 40" container the max length is 11.8m.
Q3.What is quality requirements of production for hot dip galvanized pipe?
The uniformity of the galvanized layer: the steel pipe sample is continuously impregnated in copper sulfate solution for 5 times and must not turn red (copper-plated color)
Surface quality: The surface of galvanized steel pipes should have a complete galvanized layer, and there should be no dark spots and bubbles that are not plated, and small rough surfaces and local zinc tumors are allowed.
