Our aluminum platform has a plywood deck made of premium plywood, with side rails and a cross bracing made of aluminum alloy. These aluminum plywood decks are made to span the opening of a scaffold with a frame, bracing, or ringlock system.
Even in extreme weather, the platform is secured by an aluminum wind clasp.
These boards are fully modular, and any piece is quickly and easily replaced with basic tools. This utilizes vastly overbuilt aluminum extruded ribs and hooks, as well as four huge strong bolts per hook.
All sizes have a work surface made of one piece of plywood to lessen warping and tripping dangers, as well as side rails and rungs made of 6061 high-tensile aluminum.
The tested load is 7-foot 75 pounds per square foot, and 10-foot decks 50 pounds per square foot. Both provide a stable work platform atop your scaffolding structures.
