What are the requirements for laying scaffold boards on the outer frame
1. Scaffold boards should be laid between the rows of upright poles and the structural layer in the scaffold, and scaffold boards should be fully laid between the inner and outer upright poles without probe boards.
2. Reliably fix both ends of the scaffold board to the horizontal bar to prevent tipping. When the length of the scaffold board is less than 2 meters, two small horizontal bars must be used to support it, but the two ends of the scaffold board should be reliably fixed to prevent tipping.
3. When the scaffold board is laid flat, two horizontal bars must be installed at the joint. The external extension of the scaffold board should be 130-150 mm, and the sum of the external extension lengths of the two scaffold boards should not exceed 300 mm. When the scaffold board is laid by overlapping, the joint must be supported on the horizontal bar, and the overlapping length should be greater than 200mm. The length of the extension of the horizontal bar should not be less than 100mm.
4. The scaffold pieces of the fully laid layer must be laid vertically and horizontally on the wall, fully laid in place without leaving any space, and effective protective measures must be taken where they cannot be fully laid.
5. The scaffold pieces must be bound with nylon ropes, with no less than 4 binding points. The binding should be firm, and the junction should be flat. When laying, intact scaffold pieces should be selected, and any damaged ones should be replaced in a timely manner.
6. The scaffold board at the corner and ramp platform opening should be reliably connected to the horizontal bar to prevent sliding;
7. All reserved openings on all floors must be protected using the method of "customized wooden boxes and lower layer reinforcement pulling through" as required;
