The customer is contacting our HUNAN TOPSTAR SCAFFOLDING for the first time. This project is used for building formwork support. Moreover, the customer has very strict requirements for product quality. For the pipes with threaded ends, the thickness is required to be 4mm before production instead of the usual 3mm. The customer is very professional. They want to use the products multiple times, so the sleeve must be thicker. In addition, the customer requires adding a reinforced welded pipe at the bottom of the outer sleeve. In this way, when disassembling, the outer pipe will not be damaged. Just by knocking on the reinforced pipe, the entire steel prop can be completely uninstalled, which is convenient for the next use. In response to the customer's needs, we quickly took action.
The first order from this new customer is 775 tons. To dispel the customer's doubts, we made a sample according to the customer's drawing immediately, and measured the length, wall thickness, diameter and weight of the inner and outer pipes. The customer was satisfied with the sample and arranged for a deposit to start production. When the raw materials arrived at the factory, we measured them immediately and sent pictures and production videos to the customer, repeatedly ensuring that every detail met the customer's requirements.
The customer arranged for the goods to be shipped in 4 batches to different ports. The goods arrived at the customer's construction site promptly within 45 days. The factory also conducted a bearing capacity test and sent the customer a video of the entire process. Subsequently, before the shipment, a bearing capacity test was carried out for the SGS inspection agency. The products fully met the standards and a report was issued.
As of now, it has been two months since the products arrived at the construction site, and the customer has also shared pictures of the on-site construction, showing that everything is going very well! This cooperation has come to a successful conclusion. However, this is just the beginning. With years of in-depth involvement in the scaffolding products, we believe there will be more cooperation in the future.
