Characteristics of scaffolding
Different types of building scaffolding and templates are used for different purposes. The use of bowl type scaffolding for bridge support is the most common, and gate scaffolding is also used. Floor scaffolding uses scaffolding with couplers in the main structure construction of most scaffolding poles, with pole latitudes ranging from 1.2 to 1.8 meters; General with a cross range of 0.9~1.5M.
Compared with the general structure of scaffolding, its working conditions have the following characteristics:
1. Load variability;
2. Fastener joints are all semi rigid, and there are significant differences in the stiffness of the joints, the size and quality of the fasteners, installation quality, and joints;
3. The initial defects of scaffold structures and components, such as pole bending, corrosion, erection size errors, and eccentric loads, are all significant;
4. Binding variables with connection points on the wall and scaffolding. The above research lacks an accumulation and statistical information system, and there is no independent probability analysis of the conditions. Therefore, the adjustment coefficient of structural resistance multiplied by a value less than 1 is determined by aligning with the safety factor used in the past. Therefore, the design method used in this specification is essentially half probability and half experience. The basic requirement for design calculation is that the scaffold meets the structural requirements of this specification.
