Precautions for using scaffolding

When using scaffolding, certain precautions must be taken.
1. The use of steel pipes and corrugated pipes with outer diameters of 48mm and 51mm for scaffolding is prohibited.
2. The distance between the center line of the fastening horizontal horizontal rod or vertical horizontal rod, scissors support, horizontal support, and other fasteners at the scaffold's main node is no more than 150mm from the main node.
3. The length of each scaffold rod protruding from the edge of the fastener cover must be at least 140mm.
4. To ensure safety, the docking fastener opening should face the inside of the shelf, the bolts should face upwards, and the right-angle fastener opening should not face downwards.
5. All employees working on the shelves must have a certificate, wear a safety helmet, and wear a seat belt.
6. All staff on the shelves must strictly adhere to the construction plan; 7. During installation, even the wall pieces and scissors support must be set on time and no more than two steps behind.
8. During the installation process, the scaffold's straightness should be adjusted to allow for a 100mm deviation.
