1. High wear resistance:

Aluminum pedal wear-resisting layer thickness of 3-12㎜, wear-resisting layer hardness can reach HRC58-62, wear-resisting performance is more than 15-20 times of ordinary steel plate, is low alloy steel performance of more than 5-10 times, is high chromium cast iron wear-resisting performance of more than 2-5 times, wear resistance is far higher than spray welding and thermal spraying methods.

2. Good impact performance:

Aluminum pedal is a double-layer metal structure, the wear-resisting layer and the substrate is a metallurgical combination, high combination strength, can absorb energy in the process of impact, the wear-resisting layer will not fall off, can be applied to vibration, impact strong working conditions, this is the casting of wear-resisting materials and ceramic materials.

3. Good temperature resistance:

Aluminum pedal alloy carbide has strong stability at high temperature, wear-resistant steel can be used within 500℃, other special requirements of the temperature can be customized production, can meet the conditions of use under 1200℃; Ceramics, polyurethane, polymer materials and other wear-resistant materials can not meet the high temperature requirements.

4. Good connection performance:

Aluminum pedal base material is ordinary Q235 steel plate, to ensure that the wear-resisting steel plate has toughness and plasticity, to provide the strength to resist external force, can take welding, plug welding, bolt connection and other ways to contact other structures, solid connection, not easy to fall off, connection way is more than other materials;
